EB-5
The US Government has recently increased the amount of funds required to gain permanent residency through the immigrant investor program, more commonly known as the EB-5 visa.
The new law imposes a new minimum investment of $1,050,000 for standard EB-5 investments and $800,000 for investments in Targeted Employment Area (TEA), either rural or high unemployment. The $800,000 amount can also be used in “infrastructure projects” even if not located in a TEA.
Singh & Company works with some of the most established and respected project providers in the industry with decades long track record of successful projects with unparalleled rates of approvals for “Green Card” acquisition by its investors.
Key to Successful Application
The key to a successful application is the applicant being able to show a clean lineage to the investment funds, i.e. “source of funds.” The funds must have come from a lawful source, earned through employment, business, real estate sale, or inheritance, etc.
